Natural Eyesight Improvement Class - Learn how sight can improve and remain clear with proper relaxed vision habits based on Dr. Bates' years of original research.  Relearn correct habits of natural seeing that people with perfect sight use all day long.  These are NOT exercises.  Learn correct habits to see clearly at all distances, read easily without blur or fatique, regain proper depth and spatial perceptions, increase concentration and memory, develop creative imagination, and balance the right/left hemispheres of the brain.  Learn how to use correct vision habits for the computer, watching tv, driving, and person to person communication.  Learn how to use closed eyelid sunning to rebuild light tolerance and color intensity.  Learn proper nightime vision habits, palming, acupressure points, and self-massage to release chronic tensions held in the eye, neck, and shoulder muscles.
