Individual learning, practice, & relaxation time includes activities such as walking thru the woods & viewing the wildlife of the Rocky Mountains, relaxing in the hot tub, use of aromatherapy herbal packs, listening to or viewing lectures, movies, and discussions on additional health topics, reading a wide variety of healthy living books, and practicing the relaxing and healthy habits learned during the day.
